Bio

Coach Natalie Erwin was hired as the head softball coach in the summer of 2025.  Coach Erwin spent the previous two seasons as an assistant coach with the Northwest Florida State College softball program. During her time at NWFSC, the Raiders were NJCAA Div. I National Champions (2025) and named the NFCA's and NJCAA's Coaching Staff of the Year. Prior to joning the staff at NWFSC, Erwin was a graduate assistant at the University of West Florida.  Erwin was a standout softball player at Ridgeland High School (MS) before beginning her collegiate playing career at the University of Alabama-Birmingham. During her four years at UAB, Erwin earned Conference USA First Team All-Confernece honors and a selection to the NFCA's 3rd Team All-Region.

Erwin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from the UAB and a Master's of Science in Physical Education and Sport Performance from UWF. In her spare time she enjooys playing guitar and going spending time at the beach.
